AN AUTONOMOUS, INTEGRATED COMPUTER-ENABLED METHOD, SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM UTILISING AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ENGINE FOR DYNAMIC ALLOCATION AND OPTIMISATION OF SPACE, FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT AND/OR SERVICES
In one aspect, there is provided a computer-enabled method for optimising and allocating bookings to one or more spaces, the method optimising bookings to increase the probability of achieving a selected outcome. In one embodiment, the invention is directed to an online restaurant booking system that utilises an artificial intelligence engine to optimise the use of space, time, and other operational considerations of a restaurant in order to optimise desired outcomes which may include optimising capacity, ambiance, preferred seating allocation, extended booking duration times, variable and dynamic pricing options, menu and course options and other quantitative and qualitative criteria.
