A grab-handle advertising system employing organic light energy for use in buses and subways. The system uses an organic light energy component (6) to ensure that an advertising screen can operate for a long time, thereby fully meeting people's advertisement viewing needs. The system comprises a handle structure (7). The handle structure (7) is assembled to form an inner chamber (8) for accommodating a carrier (9) for displaying advertisement. The carrier (9) for displaying advertisement is disposed in the inner chamber (8), and specifically comprises a backplane (1), the organic light energy component (6), and a display layer (2) embedded in the backplane (1). The display layer (2) has an electronic ink layer. The backplane (1) comprises an electronic paper substrate (3), and a driving module (4) and a transmission module (5) disposed on the electronic paper substrate (3). The driving module (4) and the transmission module (5) are electrically connected to the organic light energy component (6).
