The present invention relates to a connection system of a hydrogen and oxygen generator with a system of a gas microturbine in combination with an organic Rankin cycle wherein ionized gaseous mixture of hydrogen and oxygen being generated in a hydrogen and oxygen generator (3) is supplied in admission (4) of a gas microturbine (1). A chamber (23) of a dry electrolytic cell (22) with hydrogen and oxygen generator (3) electrodes (24) is connected by its upper section characterized by accumulation of the ionized gaseous mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, through a piping (28) with electrolyte storage tank (25) wherein an extended piping (29) passes through the interior of the electrolyte storage tank (25) into the lower section thereof and the subsequent interior on the path of bubbled gas is connected in the electrolyte storage tank (25) upper section with an outlet (30) of the ionized hydrogen and oxygen gaseous mixture and further through the mediation of a discharge piping (31) to a separating tank (32). The separating tank (32) is connected by a connecting hose (36) with an inlet (12) of the ionized hydrogen and oxygen mixture to the admission (4) of a gas microturbine (1) wherein said gas microturbine (1) admission (4) is connected by its inlet of the mixture of intake air and ionized hydrogen and oxygen mixture via a microturbine generator (5) into a turbine (9), and further via a recuperator (7) to a combustion chamber (10). The gas microturbine (1) is connected through an exhaust (11) to an ORC module (2) evaporator (15) that is connected to ORC turbine with a generator (17). The supply of the ionized hydrogen and oxygen mixture to the microturbine (1) admission (4) can be provided by only one hydrogen and oxygen generator (3), which is connected through the mediation of the ionized hydrogen and oxygen mixture inlet (12) to the admission (4) for the system of several gas microturbines (1) together. In case of the system of several gas microturbines (1), the supply of the ionized hydrogen and oxygen mixture can be secured by connecting the system of hydrogen and oxygen generators (3) to their admission (4), where one hydrogen and oxygen generator (3) is assigned to each one gas microturbine (1), wherein the hydrogen and oxygen generator (3) is connected through the mediation of the ionized hydrogen and oxygen mixture inlet (12) directly to the admission (4) of each one individual gas microturbine (1).
