A device for guiding a flexible ureteroscope (10) and a method of use thereof, and a ureteropyeloscope system. The device for guiding the flexible ureteroscope (10) comprises a guide sheath assembly (20), the guide sheath assembly (20) comprises an elastic guide sheath (200), and the guide sheath (200) is a long pipe that matches the flexible ureteroscope (10). When the flexible ureteroscope (10) is inserted into the guide sheath (200), an outer end of the flexible ureteroscope (10) is flush with an outer end of the guide sheath (200) or slightly protrudes from the outer end of the guide sheath (200). By means of the present invention, the flexible ureteroscope (10) can be accurately inserted into the renal pelvis in one step, thus providing convenience in use, reducing patient injury, and reducing operation costs.
