Disclosed is a moving-type model eye device which may simulate, by images most similar to those for a human eye, things that patients actually see, while an artificial crystalline lens is moved indoors or outdoors before a surgery. A moving-type model eye device according to the present invention comprises: a camera module; a tube lens and an object lens which are fixed by a main frame in this order from the front of the camera module, so as to adjust the focus of an image captured by the camera module; a plurality of guide members which are disposed in parallel in front of the object lens while one-side ends thereof are fixed to the main frame; an artificial crystalline lens module which is installed in front of the object lens to be movable forward or backward by guidance of the plurality of guide members and in which an artificial crystalline lens is installed; and an artificial cornea module which is installed in front of the artificial crystalline lens module to be movable forward or backward by guidance of the plurality of guide members and in which an artificial cornea is disposed.
