The present invention relates to a method for the rapid detection of bacterial organisms involved in low density biochips and microbial influence corrosion (MIC). These probes bind to the apr, dsr, hydrogenase, 16S, mcr, synthetase or nitrite / nitrate reductase genes, and are therefore commonly known as sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), and specifically, desulfovibrio, desulfobacte. Desulfobacterium, Desulfobulbus, Desulfobacter, Desulfomicrobium, Desulfomaculum, Desulfococcus, Archaea, Metal Reduction Bacteria MRB), fermented bacteria (FB) and nitrate reducing bacteria (NRB).
