The present invention relates to a jump simulator capable of estimating a posture. A jump simulator according to an embodiment comprises an instrument part which includes a pressure sensor module; and an electronic part which estimates a posture of a user by using position tracking information of soles obtained based on a pressure distribution image generated based on electric signals from the pressure sensor module, and interconnects a jump action of the user with a virtual reality character based on the estimated posture and a jump height measurement value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
