The present invention relates to a filter press system, and more specifically, to a filter press system having an apparatus of automatically releasing cake, which is capable of automatically releasing cake attached to a filter cloth by a method of vibrating the filter cloth surrounding a filter plate, and capable of being automatically cleaned. According to the present invention, the filter press system comprises: a plurality of filter plates (50) held on a main frame (10) by a pair of holding portions (100) protruding from both sides and extending in a horizontal direction to be moved in the horizontal direction; filter cloths (60) attached to front and rear surfaces of the filter plates (50) and having upper sides supported by a filter cloth support rod (70); a main gear (110) provided on an inner side of each of the holding portions (100) to be able to rotate with respect to the direction, in which the holding portions extend, as an axis; a ratchet gear (120) rotatably coupled to the main gear, and a ratchet key (122) rotating a main gear (110) only by one-way rotation of the ratchet gear (120); a rack chain (200) provided with the ratchet gear (120) engaged thereto; an eccentric cam (130) rotating along rotation of the main gear (110); and a cam shaft (140) having one end rotatably coupled to an eccentric shaft of the eccentric cam (130) and the other end connected to the filter cloth support rod (70) so as to move in a vertical direction along rotation of the eccentric cam (130). In a process in which the filter plates (50) is moved to return to a state before being squeezed, driving force is transmitted to the main gear (110) such that the filter clothes (60) are sequentially vibrated in a vertical direction.
