Disclosed is an apparatus of treating mining water. The apparatus of treating mining water of the present invention comprises: a mining water tank for forward osmotic including a forward osmotic membrane to divide a mining water receiving portion and an inducing liquid receiving portion, wherein mining water stored in the mining water receiving portion passes through the forward osmotic membrane and flows into the inducing liquid receiving portion such that mineral matter can be filtered by the forward osmotic membrane; an inducing liquid tank portion supplying inducing liquid to the inducing liquid receiving portion and recovering inducing liquid diluted in the mining water tank for forward osmotic; an ultra-treatment tank including an ultra-filtration membrane to filter treatment water supplied from the inducing liquid tank portion, and discharging treatment water filtered by the ultra-filtration membrane to the outside; a mining water tank portion supplying mining water to the mining water receiving portion and recovering mineral matter and mining water filtered by the mining water tank for forward osmotic; and a mineral matter recovery tank including a separation membrane to separate the mineral matter and the mining water supplied from the mining water tank portion from each other.
