The present specification provides: an artificial cultivation method comprising a first step of immersing seagrass seeds and germinating the same; a second step of transplanting germinated seagrass seeds into sediment; and a third step of adjusting the salinity of sediment; and an artificial cultivation apparatus comprising a container, fresh water contained in the container, seagrass seeds selected by analyzing an exterior color, and a seawater supplying device for supplying seawater to the container.
