Disclosed is a low-power low-noise amplifier including a negative feedback loop. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the low-noise amplifier comprises: a common gate amplifier; a common source amplifier having a gate connected to a source of the common gate amplifier; a differential current balancer connected to an output terminal of the common gate amplifier and an output terminal of the common source amplifier; a symmetric load connected to the differential current balancer; and a current bleeding circuit including an active element and a load corresponding to the symmetric load, wherein one end thereof is connected to the output terminal of the common source amplifier and the other end thereof is connected to the symmetric load. An output terminal of the active element and a gate of the common gate amplifier are connected.
