The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile phone charger case having a structure that can prevent overheating of the mobile phone charger and protect pins of the mobile phone charger, and to provide a mobile phone charger thereof. To solve problems of a conventional mobile phone charger, the present invention provides the mobile phone charger case having a space for accommodating the mobile phone charger therein. In the mobile phone charger case, one side of a case body is open to insert or remove the mobile phone charger. At least one pinhole having a predetermined size, through which the pin of the mobile phone charger accommodated inside the case body passes, is provided at a lower end of the case body. A holder coupled to a body of the mobile phone charger and accommodated in an inner space of the case body is provided. One side of the holder is connected to a bias spring for applying an elastic force in the direction to push the mobile phone charger upward from the case. A hook protrudes from one side of the holder, and a shape memory alloy spring is coupled between a body of the holder and a hook. At least one hook fastening groove is provided at one side of the case body. When the mobile phone charger is in use, the shape memory alloy spring applies an elastic force in the direction to push the hook so that the hook is fixed to any one of the hook fastening grooves. When the mobile phone charger is overheated, the shape memory alloy spring receiving the heat of the mobile phone charger is contracted to apply an elastic force in the direction to pull the hook such that the holder is pushed upward through the elastic force of the bias spring and the pin of the mobile phone charger is inserted into the pinhole.
