An elastic neutral ankle orthosis of the present invention comprises a fabric belt which is made in a rectangular shape and wraps below the knee of the human leg; an elastic band, wherein one end is coupled to the rear of the fabric belt, a middle portion is rotated to wrap more than 360 degrees of the leg, and the other end wraps around the front end of the foot; and an attachment strap that is fixed to the front or rear of the fabric belt to fix by winding the fabric belt around the human leg.
