The present invention relates to a guard-type safety cap syringe for reuse and needle stick injury prevention. More specifically, the guard-type safety cap syringe comprises: a cap body including a needle and an accommodating space portion open at one end so as to accommodate therein a Luer lock tip provided in a syringe; a safety unit including an opening provided in an one end portion of the cap body and communicated with the accommodating space portion, wherein the cross-sectional area of the opening increases toward the one end portion of the cap body, so as to guide the needle into the accommodating space portion; a detachable member for attaching or detaching the Luer-lock tip to or from the cap body; and a tip removing unit provided in the safety unit so as to catch on the Luer-lock tip. According to the present invention, the guard-type safety cap syringe can protect a user from needle stick injury by enabling safe entering or exiting of the needle to or from the accommodating space portion, and can prevent reuse of the needle by enabling simultaneous removal of the Luer-lock tip from the syringe through the tip removing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
