The present invention relates to a one-touch vertical safety cap syringe for preventing stab injury and reuse. More particularly, the present invention includes a cap body having a needle and having an accommodating space part opened in one direction and one end direction so that a luer-lok tip provided in the syringe is accommodated therein; a cap cover provided to open and close the accommodating space part of the cap body; a cap hinge part rotatably connecting the cap cover to the cap body; a cap fixing part for fixing the cap cover to the cap body; and a tip removal part for removing the luer-lok tip accommodated in the accommodating space part. According to the present invention, the needle can be safely moved in and out of the accommodating space part of the main body, thereby preventing a user from being stabbed, and the tip removal part allows the luer-lok tip to be removed from the syringe together to prevent needle reuse.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
