The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising nanoemulsion in which 7-dehydrocholesterol, cholesterol, and stearic acid are encapsulated in an internal phase of a hyaluronic acid-ceramide NP complex. The nanoemulsion having 7-dehydrocholesterol, cholesterol, and stearic acid encapsulated in the internal phase of the hyaluronic acid-ceramide NP complex can increase the stability of the 7-dehydrocholesterol, and through efficient skin absorption, can supply vitamin D without side effects. Furthermore, the nanoemulsion can be beneficially used in a cosmetic composition for a specific purpose of improving a skin condition by using skin lipid components of ceramide NP, cholesterol, and stearic acid.
