The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or reducing skin wrinkles, comprising a glycosidase treated extract of Gastrodia elata and red ginseng as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention inhibits the expression of MMP-1 protein in human dermal fibroblasts, increases the production of type I procollagen, and inhibits the expression of IL-6 protein, thereby exhibiting the efficacy of preventing skin wrinkles and reducing wrinkles of damaged skin. Overall, the composition of the present invention can prevent and greatly reduce skin wrinkles.
