The present invention is invented to reduce a construction period and costs by being applied to a conventional top-down method and other piling methods for directly installing a pile in rock by driving. A first purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a columnar underground structure by using an excavation system for structural casing burial, which has an excavation rod and a casing bit on the excavation rod and allows the excavation rod and the casing bit to excavate the ground vertically and horizontally with rotational and striking force through a hammer on an upper end of the excavation rod, and which can smoothly discharge slime generated during the excavation of the ground. Further, a second purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a columnar underground structure by using an excavation system for structural casing burial, which has a casing bit welded to a structural casing according to the diameter of the structural casing such that the casing bit can be integrally formed with an excavation rod at the tip of the casing that can be used as a pile for an underground structure, and which allows the excavation rod to be inserted in the casing bit to integrally move the excavation rod and the casing bit to duplicatively excavate the ground to a rock formation, to separate the excavation rod from the casing bit, retain the structural casing and the casing bit under the ground, and retrieve the excavation rod when the ground excavation is completed by dual excavation, and then to fill the structural casing and the casing bit with a filler, thereby forming a structure under the ground.
