The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional roll sticker label with added security, and a sticker label manufactured thereby. The method of the present invention comprises: a first step of supplying a stencil paper (10); a second step of forming a pattern-printed layer (20) on one surface of the stencil paper (10), and curing the same with ultraviolet rays; a third step of forming a security printing layer (30) on one surface of the pattern printing layer (20), and curing the same with ultraviolet rays; a fourth step of forming a first ultraviolet-curable resin layer (40a) on one surface of the security printing layer (30), and curing the same with ultraviolet rays; a fifth step of forming an ultraviolet curable silicon resin layer (50) on one surface of the first ultraviolet curable resin layer (40a), and curing the same with ultraviolet rays; a sixth step of inverting the stencil paper (10) after completing the fifth step; a seventh step of forming a second ultraviolet-curable resin layer (40b) on the other surface of the stencil paper (10), and curing the same with ultraviolet rays; an eight step of forming a first adhesive layer (60a) on one surface of the second ultraviolet-curable resin layer (40b), and performing hot air drying treatment thereon; a ninth step of forming a second adhesive layer (60b) on one surface of the first adhesive layer (60a), and performing hot air drying treatment thereon; and a tenth step of producing a roll sticker label product by winding the stencil paper (10) after completing the ninth step.
