The present invention relates to a non-discharge method of treating wastewater of food waste and organic sludge. The non-discharge method of the present invention comprises: an injection process (a first process) of injecting collected various wastes into an injection hopper; a pulverization and selection process (a second process) of pulverizing the wastes injected in the first process in a pulverizing separator and selecting adulterations from the wastes; a storage process (a third process) of storing the wastes pulverized in the second process in a pulverized material storage hopper; a mixing process (a fourth process) of mixing the wastes stored in the third process with an organic acid to annihilate saprogenic bacteria, and mixing an excipient and humic acid with the saprogenic bacteria-annihilated wastes in a mixer; a drying process (a fifth process) of drying the mixture obtained in the fourth process in a dryer; an odor removal process (a sixth process) of burning odor and combustion gas generated during drying in the fifth process in a primary bottom-up deodorization furnace, and burning odor and combustion gas which have not been burned in the primary bottom-up deodorization furnace in a secondary top-down deodorization furnace, thereby removing odor and remained wet vapor in a wet scrubber; and a selection process (a seventh process) of injecting the dried material dried in the fifth process into a vibration separator to select adulterations. According to the present invention, the non-discharge method not only enables the wastes to be supplied to a livestock farmhouse as a feed, but also enables the wastes to be recycled as a carbide product such as a moisture absorbent, a pH adjusting agent and the like since a fertilizer or carbide product treated by the above-mentioned processes is environmentally friendly by removing odor and lowering moisture content in the processing procedure without discharging wastewater produced from wastes including food waste to the outside, and the wastes are reborn as a high quality feed by passing through several times of the selection processes.
