Provided are a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker composition for determining Jeju cattle, comprising polynucleotides represented by one nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 20, a kit comprising the same, and a determining method using the same. By using the present invention, it is possible to quickly determine varieties of Jeju cattle, inland Korean cattle, domestic cows and imported beef, and to identify the collective genetic characteristics of each cattle breed.
