The present invention relates to a medicine packet, which forms a scratch on at least one surface of a film made of PET forming a medicine packet and performing laminating and coating treatment thereon with LDPE to allow the medicine packet to be easily torn along the scratch by an applied force even though the medicine packet is torn in any direction so as to be conveniently used, and performs laminating treatment on the scratch to be transparently manufactured to increase the transparence, and more particularly, to an easily torn medicine packet with good transparency, which forms a scratch pattern on a roll surface, and transfers scratches to a film surface made of PET through the scratch pattern to easily and conveniently manufacture a medicine packet in a desired length and width by manufacturing the medicine packet to be long while winding the same in a roll form, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
