The present invention relates to an integrated gas purification apparatus for reducing sulfur oxide and fine dust, which comprises: a first unit for forming a spiral path of exhaust gas introduced from an upper side, and having a cylindrical space to adsorb fine dust (PM) contained in the exhaust gas while descending; and a second unit embedded in the first unit, having a lower end part arranged to be spaced apart from a bottom surface of the first unit, and having a cylindrical space for absorbing sulfur oxide (SOx) contained in the exhaust gas while the exhaust gas introduced through an end ascends. Therefore, a total gas cleaning system capable of simultaneously reducing sulfur oxide and fine dust contained in exhaust gas discharged from a combustion facility for a land plant or ship, can be constructed.
