The present invention relates to a haunch girder for an underground parking lot and a building structure, with improved spatial usability and height securement. According to the present invention, when a building structure including an underground parking lot is constructed, the haunch girder is constructed on a capital of a column. The haunch girder has a protruding haunch unit individually formed at both ends on the lower surface in the longitudinal direction. A space unit is formed between the protruding haunch units. So, a path is provided. The path can insert electric wire, various ducts, or other connection pipes in an accommodation form when the electric wire, the various ducts, or the connection pipe is installed. The haunch girder for an underground parking lot can secure the high story height of a basement space and, also, can prevent an accident when a vehicle drives, by improving securement of a visual field and the appearance. Also, the space unit between the protruding haunch units is formed to reduce the usage amount of concrete when precast concrete (PC) is fabricated. So, the haunch girder can improve productivity by saving production costs and improve workability by having light weight. Also, the haunch girder can improve fabricated performance and transferred performance and, therefore, can largely improve economic feasibility.
