The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) for secondary battery negative electrode protection including phosphorus (P) doped reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles. As a result, the artificial SEI layer may be formed as a protective layer on the lithium cathode to stabilize the electrochemical performance of the lithium metal battery.
