The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing preflex-filled beam having cantilever-type residual stress, a manufacturing method using the same, and a preflex beam manufactured thereby. The present invention aims to manufacture a preflex beam with one-side camber by injecting concrete into one side of a beam while applying a load to the other side of the beam, and to apply a load simultaneously to two or more beams while maintaining the one-side camber, thereby improving productivity. The apparatus for manufacturing preflex-filled beam according to the present invention includes: a support (10) supporting one side of two longitudinal sides of a beam (1) having a pour portion, an open space; a load applying device (20) applying a load to the other side of the longitudinal sides of the beam (1), not supported by the support (10), to make camber; and a concrete injection device injecting concrete from one side of the beam (1) to the other side of the beam (1) through the support (10) while a load is being applied to the other side of the beam (1) by the load applying device (20).
