The polishing apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a first polishing part including a rice conveying part, a first polishing case, a first polishing shaft and a pressure adjusting part; a second polishing part including a rice conveying part, a second polishing case, a second polishing shaft, and a polishing degree adjusting part; and a rice bran separation part separating rice bran from rice discharged from the second polishing part.
