The present invention relates to a location device for the center of gravity of a golf ball and a location method for the center of gravity of a golf ball, capable of finding the center of gravity of a golf ball by centrifugal force and marking the location on the surface of the golf ball. The location device for the center of gravity of a golf ball comprises: a tube-shaped body having open both ends thereof; a rotation means combined with the outer side of the body and providing rotational force so that the body can rotate on a rotary shaft which is in parallel with the diameter direction thereof; and first and second vises each placed in the inner side of the body in order to freely rotate and capable of fixing a golf ball. Therefore, the location device for the center of gravity of a golf ball and the location method for the center of gravity of a golf ball can accurately find the center of gravity of a golf ball and mark the location on the surface of the golf ball in a method of fixing the golf ball to a vise capable of freely rotating, rotating the location device, and arranging the center of gravity of the golf ball by centrifugal force, thereby allowing a player to set an ideal blow point of the golf ball before taking a shot, and providing excellent effects such as improvement of the entire game performance as well as a driving distance and directionality.
