Disclosed are a method for managing processes by using process data of a spreadsheet type, and a process management server and a specific worker terminal using the same. The method comprises: a step (a) of allowing a process management server to set the priority of each product order of a product order list and generate a process table including material consumption information and process information corresponding to each product order when the product order list, process data of a spreadsheet type including the process information corresponding to each of product orders, and material status data are acquired; a step (b) of allowing the process management server to transmit the process table to a manger terminal and worker terminals so that the manger terminal and the worker terminals display the process table, to display, in a first color, a specific process area corresponding to a specific process of the process table corresponding to a specific product order when a selection signal for the specific product order for work instruction is acquired from the manger terminal, to change the first color of the specific process area to a second color when a selection signal for the specific process area for starting the work of the specific process is acquired from a specific worker terminal corresponding to a worker performing the specific process, and to change the second color of the specific process area to a third color when a selection signal for the specific process area for completing the work of the specific process is acquired from the specific worker terminal. Thus, work efficiency of a manager can be increased.
