PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management server or the like managing input data to a spreadsheet, suitable for internal control of a document prepared by the spreadsheet. PSOLUTION: A template of the document designated with an editable area is registered into the data management server from an administrator terminal. In an applicant terminal, the input data or the like input to a cell are transmitted to the data management server about the document prepared by developing the template to the spreadsheet. In the data management server, the input data input to the cell set in the editable area of the received input data or the like are selected, and are stored in a document management database as document information. When an applicant applies approval of the document, the document information is developed to the spreadsheet, is converted into an unrewritable file format such as PDF, and is stored in the document management database as an approval document.
