The present invention relates to a method for establishing a novel xenograft model of glioblastoma, and more specifically, to a method for producing a novel xenograft model of glioblastoma by using patient-derived cultured cells, to enable a quick treatment option selection in the treatment of glioblastoma which has a short average survival time. The present invention shows a high success rate (tumor incidence rate of 80%) in establishing the xenograft model, and a patient-derived xenograft animal model of glioblastoma keeps the original tumor characteristics and rapidly forms tumors within 1-2 months, thereby allowing glioblastoma patients whose survival times are short, to make a quick treatment option selection. Furthermore, establishing the xenograft model of glioblastoma requires a relatively smaller number of glioblastoma cells, and thus, the xenograft model of glioblastoma can enable simultaneous evaluations of multiple treatment options, and thus is useful.
