The present invention relates to a system for matching a lessor and a lessee based on revenue distribution, which comprises a matching server which uploads lessee request information received from an entrepreneur′s terminal and lessor request information received from a lessor′s terminal before receiving an inquiry request to match the entrepreneur′s terminal to the lessor′s terminal to individually transmit a predetermined message, when a store lessor condition included in the lessee request information or the lessor request information matches. Here, the matching server comprises: a classification module which classifies the lessee request information and the lessor request information into one category among categories such as a lessee, a lessor, a region, a business type, or a contract term to upload the same, before storing and managing the same in a database; a matching module searching the database to extract the lessee request information and the lessor request information having one that matches among the region, the desired business type, or the contract term, before generating lessor and lessee matching information; and a support module which transmits a message pre-registered by the lessor to the entrepreneur′s terminal corresponding to the lessee request information when an inquiry request signal is received from the entrepreneur′s terminal, and, when an inquiry request signal is received from the lessor′s terminal, transmits a message pre-registered by the entrepreneur to the lessor′s terminal corresponding to the lessor request information.
