The present invention relates to a digital forensic-based massive electronic document transfer system capable of increasing a transfer speed. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a file list generation unit generating a transfer target file list including attribute information of one or more files among files stored in a first storage medium; a thread generation unit generating one or more threads among an input thread, a hash calculation thread, and an output thread which are processed in parallel; a file input unit using the input thread to read a file included in the transfer target file list from the files stored in the first storage medium, and storing the read file in a memory; a hash calculation unit using the hash calculation thread to calculate a hash value of the file stored in the memory; a file output unit using the output thread to store the file stored in the memory in a second storage medium; and a result output unit generating a collection list file including the attribute information and the hash value of each file stored in the second storage medium.
