The present invention relates to a method to transfer an electronic document based on digital forensics. The method includes a step of performing user authentication in a device to transfer an electronic document based on digital forensics; a step of collecting information about a transfer target system from the device to transfer an electronic document based on digital forensics; a step of collecting electronic documents of the transfer target system to image the documents; a step of encoding the imaged documents and generating a hash value; a step of generating a first log about the transfer work history; a step of storing the collected and generated information in a storage medium; a step of performing the user authentication in the device for the verification of transfer information; a step of determining whether the information stored in the storage medium is falsified or not through the comparative verification of the hash value; a step of decoding the verified electronic documents in the storage medium to store the documents in the transfer target system; and a step of generating a second log about the whole transfer work history and generating the report. According to the present invention, as digital forensic technology is applied to a transfer process of electronic documents, the integrity and genuineness of the transferred electronic documents are guaranteed and the management of the electronic documents becomes systemized and advanced.
