The present invention relates to a method of analyzing the heat-resistance performance of a carbon heat-resistant material including an anti-oxidation coating layer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes the following steps of: inputting a flow condition for the surface of a carbon heat-resistant material; determining whether an anti-oxidation coating layer exists; calculating one parameter among melting ablation, the thickness of an oxidation layer and a surface chemical reaction based on a result of determining whether the anti-oxidation coating layer exists; calculating the material property of a heat-resistant material by using a result of calculating the parameter; analyzing a change in internal temperature based on a result of calculating the material property; determining whether a time for high-temperature flow exposure remains based on a result of inputting the flow condition; and outputting a surface temperature, an internal temperature and an ablation amount based on a result of determining whether the time for high-temperature flow exposure remains.
