The present invention relates to a device for detecting damage to a water and sewage pipeline, capable of obtaining accurate information of a damaged part of a water and sewage pipeline as well as detecting the damaged part, thereby preventing an accident caused by the damaged part, lowering costs for maintenance and enabling a transfer body to be moved smoothly in the pipeline in a parachute manner. To achieve the purpose, the device for detecting a damaged part in a pipeline in which water flows includes: a transfer body having a diameter smaller than the internal diameter of a pipeline; a plurality of pipeline support units combined to protrude from the transfer body towards the inner surface of the pipeline so as to be supported by the inner surface of the pipeline to be able to roll; a damage detection unit detecting a damaged part; and a transfer parachute unit installed on the front side of the transfer body and blocking the flow of water partially in response to the flow direction of the water for the movement of the transfer body.
