The device has a lid comprising an opening, a seat, and a retractable grid serving as a bidet (3). A water pipeline is embedded in the lid, and a pipe is opened by a valve to allow flow of water. The pipe is supplied with water through two conduits, and is provided with two outlets to facilitate connection of a left pipe (6) or a right pipe by screwing depending on installation of an upstream flushing water supply unit. The pipeline is supplied with the water by the left pipe or the right pipe connected directly or indirectly to the pipeline.
