The present invention relates to a device for collecting an iron oxide and fine dust from a power plant, which is capable of collecting fine dust including an iron oxide from a complex steam power plant by using a replaceable filter in a stack. The device for collecting an iron oxide and fine dust from a power plant comprises a first collecting device and a second collecting device. The first collecting device includes a main filter member which is arranged in an upper opening discharging unit of a stack, a discharging path of exhaust gas including the iron oxide and the fine dust, to be transferred in one direction of both directions, and a main shutter member which is laminated on the main filter member to prevent moving of the main filter member. The second collecting device includes a discharging pipe which includes a sucking fan mounted in each of discharging holes formed in a constant position of an outer diameter unit of the stack, an iron oxide collecting chamber which is connected to a lower end unit of the discharging pipe, and a back filter which is mounted in the iron oxide collecting chamber.
