The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for checking and repairing a hydraulic pressure control unit for ABS. The apparatus comprises: an oil supply unit which is connected to an inlet of a hydraulic pressure control unit for ABS and supplies oil into the hydraulic pressure control unit for ABS; an oil discharge check unit which is connected to an outlet of the hydraulic pressure control unit for ABS, respectively, and checks oil discharge from the hydraulic pressure control unit for ABS; and a control unit for controlling oil supply from the oil supply unit to the hydraulic pressure control unit for ABS. Accordingly, recycling is possible by diagnosing the failure state of the hydraulic control unit for ABS of a vehicle and repairing the hydraulic control unit for ABS.
