Disclosed is an integrated management system of 5G-based realistic AR/VR digital signage multimedia. The system comprises: a receiving unit which performs a 5G-based communication to receive multimedia data; a digital signage outputting unit which has a plurality of multimedia displays connected thereto and displays the multimedia data at once; and a control unit which realigns locations where the received multimedia data is output on the multimedia displays. The control unit generates flag information containing a starting point location and a size value of a location, where a subtitle or an effect image among the multimedia data is output, determines where the starting point of the subtitle or the effect image is displayed among the multimedia displays based on the flag information, and considers the size of the subtitle or the effect image to realign the same on any one of the multimedia displays so that an x value of the starting point location of the subtitle or the effect image is the same as an x value of the size of the subtitle or the effect image or a y value of the starting point location of the subtitle or the effect image is the same as a y value of the size of the subtitle or the effect image. Accordingly, the present invention places a subtitle or an effect image very closely to a subtitle location of an original image and expresses the same without disconnection from bezel, thereby being effective in an accurate content expression.
