The present invention relates to a waterproof asphalt concrete composition, composed of: 5-35 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 5-35 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 5-35 parts by weight of petroleum resin adding hydrogen; 500-2,000 parts by weight of an aggregate; 30-150 parts by weight of micropowder aggregate; 0.1-2 parts by weight of recycled rubber powder; 0.5-25 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene copolymer; and 0.1-2 parts by weight of cellulosic fibers, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt, and also relates to a waterproof integrated bridge surface crack part repairing method using the composition. Therefore, the bridge surface pavement waterproof asphalt concrete composition using hydrogen-added petroleum resin, SIS, AND SBS can have excellent waterproofing properties and durability by having high cohesion and high binding force, avoid easy plastic deformation, aging and/or delamination, prevent infiltrating water and a port hole, prevent salt damage and neutralization, and repair a crack part on a bridge surface in an integrated way without any additional waterproof treatment.
