The present invention relates to a wearable device for safety management of a worker of a construction site. The wearable device can be attached to work clothes or worn on the wrist to monitor a work situation of a worker, make the worker aware of a dangerous situation by a low frequency stimulus, quickly check a location of the worker by leaking a smoke film having colors from a smoke film container worn by the worker when the worker is buried by the collapse of a building, and notify a manager whether various tools have been correctly used and returned.
