The present invention relates to a system for recycling by-products of vegetables grown in facilities, which is capable of reducing environmental pollution caused by the by-products. More specifically, according to the present invention, the system for recycling by-products of vegetables grown in facilities comprises: a by-product input unit (10) receiving by-products removed and discharged from a main stalk; a by-product transfer unit (20) continuously installed on one side of the by-product input unit (10) to transfer the by-products received from the by-product input unit (10) while being rotated by rotational force of a first driving motor (22); a by-product crushing unit (30) continuously installed at an end of the by-product transfer unit (20) to be rotated by rotational force of a second driving motor (32) to crush and transfer the transferred by-products; a crushed material pressing unit (40) separating and discharging the by-products crushed in and discharged from the by-product crushing unit (30) into sludge cake and sap while pressing the same by rotation of a pressing screw; a separated pressed material storage unit (50) including a sludge cake storage tank (52) storing the by-products pressed in the crushed material pressing unit (40) and a sap storage tank (51) separating and storing the sap generated during pressing; a fermentation tank (56) receiving the sap from the sap storage tank (51) and receiving fermentation enzyme supplied from an enzyme storage tank (57) to mix the sap and the fermentation enzyme by rotation of an agitator installed therein and store and ferment the mixture so as to produce liquid fertilizer; a compost tank (54) receiving the sludge cake from the sludge cake storage tank (52) and receiving the fermentation enzyme from the enzyme storage tank (57) to produce fermented compost; and a control operation unit (60) including a microcomputer having a program embedded therein to integrally control each unit by connecting to each unit.
