Disclosed is a dielectric insertion type waveguide slot array antenna, which comprises: a waveguide radiating signal power into free space; a reflection unit having a seating hole for receiving the waveguide and having a reflecting plate bent along a radial direction of signal power with respect to the seating hole; and a filter coupled to the inside of the reflection unit, and shielding the waveguide at a predetermined distance from the waveguide. The reflection unit is further characterized by performing an electrical performance compensation by further including a dielectric therein, and configured with a first reflecting plate and a second reflecting plate which are symmetrical with respect to an imaginary line passing through the center of the waveguide along the radial direction of the signal power.
