The present invention relates to a method for producing Lychnis cognate materials, having both wash simplicity and cleanliness using nutriculture. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing Lychnis cognate materials, including the steps of: 1) washing roots of Lychnis cognate with alive hairy roots; 2) growing shoots by nutriculture of the Lychnis cognate roots for 4-6 weeks; and 3) re-washing the Lychnis cognate shoots and roots and obtaining an extract therefrom. The production method of the present invention can harvest clean Lychnis cognate roots and shoots with alive hairy roots, being easy to wash, cultivate raw materials and harvest aerial parts regardless of the seasons, and can secure a sample of 2-3 times the weight of underground materials by cultivating 4-6 weeks.
