Disclosed are an apparatus for providing a local community blockchain service and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for providing the local community blockchain service comprises: a DeApp which includes an information wallet; a blockchain network which provides the local community service, which is to store and manage a local trust information within a local community in a blockchain, thereby sharing and trading the local trust information; and a DeApp server which relays between the DeApp and the blockchain network. The present invention aims to propose an apparatus for providing a local community blockchain service and a method thereof, which are able to revitalize the local community and improve security and stability at the same time.
