The present invention relates to smoke control equipment with a ventilation and firefighting damper, which can use the damper operated by opening and closing a blade to effectively block flames, heat conduction of high-temperature gas, and spreading of smoke. Moreover, the smoke control equipment has an improved structure in which the blade can be operated to be closed without power during a power blackout to rapidly close the damper even when a power blackout situation occurs due to a fire, thereby securing reliability of smoke control performance. To this end, the smoke control equipment comprises a main exhaust duct (100), the damper (200), and a controller (300).
