Wastewater Treatment Apparatus having Solid-Liquid Separator and Method using the same

The present invention relates to a high-speed solid and liquid separator. To be more specifically, the high-speed solid and liquid separator comprises: an outer body unit receiving raw water mixed with a chemical and producing purified water by separating solids and scum included in the raw water; an inner body unit placed inside the outer body unit and combined in order to vertically move. In addition, the outer body unit comprises: a storage tank having a fixed space unit, standing in an upright position, including a filtering net for filtering microparticles at a fixed position on an upper wall surface, and having the horizontal cross-section in a circular shape; a purified water discharge flow path placed in the outer side in the upper part of the storage tank with an open upper part in order to discharge the purified water passing the filtering net to the outside; and a storage tank cover opening and closing the upper part of the storage tank. Moreover, the inner body unit comprises: an inner pipe having the horizontal cross-section in a circular shape and a space unit of which the inside is closed; an outer pipe positioned in a shape for surrounding the inner pipe, having the upper unit and the side unit closed and the lower part open, and having the horizontal cross-section in a circular shape; and a cylindrical second vertical moving unit having an open upper part and lower part in order to move the inner pipe and the outer pipe up and down. Therefore, the high-speed solid and liquid separator can sufficiently remove various contaminants included in wastewater and can provide stable purified water.
