The present invention relates to a uremic vasculopathy model and a use thereof and, more specifically, to a composition for preparing a uremic vasculopathy endothelial cell model using a uremic toxin mixture including urea, uric acid, and indoxyl sulfate, creatinine, or an advanced glycation end product (AGE); a uremic vasculopathy endothelial cell model preparation method comprising a step of processing the uremic toxin mixture in an endothelial cell; a uremic vasculopathy endothelial cell model manufactured thereby; and a screening method and a toxicity test method for a mitigation or treatment agent for uremic vasculopathy using the model. According to the present invention, when the uremic toxin mixture including urea and ureic acid is used, an endothelial cell environment similar to that using blood serum of a real chronic renal disease patient can be simply formed with only the uremic toxin among various uremic toxins. Moreover, when the uremic vasculopathy endothelial cell model is prepared by using the uremic toxin mixture, the endothelial cell model capable of reflecting a symptom of various uremic vasculopathies can be prepared. Moreover, an endothelial cell differentiated from an induced pluripotent stem cell is used when preparing the uremic vasculopathy endothelial cell model such that the uremic vasculopathy endothelial cell model reflecting genetic characteristics can be prepared, thereby using the same in customized drug screening, new medicine development, toxicity test and the like for treating a chronic renal disease patient.
