The present invention relates to a method of seawater domestication and mariculture in land for Atlantic salmon, which improves a survival rate of Atlantic salmon through seawater domestication optimizing domestication periods and salt concentrations, and performs mariculture in land with an optimum condition after seawater domestication to increase a survival rate. The method comprises the steps of: checking species of salmon to be domesticated in seawater; according to the checked species of salmon, setting seawater domestication periods and salt concentrations for each seawater domestication period, and inflow water amounts and a water temperature; injecting breeding water corresponding to the set inflow water amounts in a water tank where salmon swims, and injecting smolt to be domesticated to execute seawater domestication; and setting conditions for mariculture in land of salmon having seawater domestication finished, and executing the mariculture in land with the set conditions.
